Tamanohikari, born in 1673. For 350 years, with care and
dedication, we have continued to brew the finest sake,
improving with each year. We take great care in selecting
not only the type of rice we use, but also the method by
which it’s planted. Tamanohikari led the industry in reviving
junmai, sake without added alcohol or sugar. Our sake is
