The company name “Hapquitous” is a combination of the words “haptics” and “ubiquitous.” “Haptics” because I want to expand into the realm of touch, sensitivity, and the senses, areas that I have been involved in developing for over 30 years. “Ubiquitous” because the word expresses widespread distribution. I named the company Hapkitas in the hope that it would shine a light on people everywhere and deliver products needed by the elderly, the disabled, women and children, people who are considered the most vulnerable in society. We deliver products to people in need in the medical, rehabilitation, sensibility and sensory fields.
