We offer stealth tag technology which applies ink-type tags to products that can then be read as signals specific to each tag with light, like a bar code reader. The tags can be applied to pharmaceutical tablets, semiconductors, and other micro-sized products, as well as high-end brand products, directly and covertly to prevent counterfeit products from being mixed in. They cost less than existing RFID and bar codes, and there is no risk of them being removed or misused. Made with a very small amount of material, on the order of nanograms, they also contribute to decarbonization. Area of Interest

Labels and tags are used to link information in the digital world to products in the physical world. Conventional labels and tags have drawbacks, including being removed, reused, and imitated. To solve these and other problems, we develop plasmonic nano-tags that can be covertly attached and are invisible on product. They are non-removable and non-reusable authenticity determination tags that can be used like ink or stamps, without damaging product appearance.
