MORI WO ORU is Japan’s first highly original fashion brand using the unique Japanese craft of Tango Chirimen and natural dyeing techniques such as tie-dyeing (itajime shibori, boshi shibori, etc.).
We also produce clothes made purely in Japan, using Japanese silkworm-raising and yarn-making techniques, as well as natural dyes.
Clothing made from the interaction of nature and human ecology, which is fading in other countries, sends a powerful message of environmental and cultural preservation, and we want to promote it internationally. Area of Interest

We dye Japanese Tango Chirimen and Jacquard silk fabrics with traditional Japanese natural dyeing techniques such as tie-dyeing (itajime shibori, boshi shibori, etc.). We are also actively involved in forestation and the use of domestic silkworms, and we offer regenerative fashion based on the interplay of nature and human ecology on the island nation of Japan.
