What is a linear motor elevator?
It is a next-generation elevator that is driven directly by a linear motor connected to the elevator.
The elevator becomes self-propelled (ropeless), dramatically increasing the degree of freedom of trajectory and control.
The track is no longer limited to a vertical axis, as was previously the case, but can move in any three-dimensional direction and save space as multiple elevators can run on the same track.
The new architecture and mobility made possible by this next-generation vehicle will also enrich lives around the world. Area of Interest

● Development of a self-propelled elevator unit that uses high-thrust linear motors
→ We are developing this drive unit with the goal of supplying it to elevator manufacturers.
● Development of urban mobility that uses high-thrust linear motors
→ We are developing mobility systems that can connect elevators to neighboring buildings, or leave buildings to connect to nearby train stations and other locations.
● Development of a general-purpose compact linear motor
→ We are developing units for non-human transportation, such as cargo and vehicles.
