What if there were a brilliant programmer in Kyoto, Japan, who is yet unknown to the rest of the world? He founded MEGATRADE while still in university and launched the company in 1996. He purchased his first computer in his first year of university (1988) and created stock prediction software. The following year, he sold “Assembler Revolution,” and then went down the path of image processing software. He developed Regulus64, a large-scale software with a proprietary architecture of over 3.5 million lines and 1,000 components that is still being updated and expanded. He was also impressed by neural networks in his first year of university and heard about them from Dr. Kunihiko Fukushima, who proposed Neocognitron, and since then, he has been implementing neural networks in his programs for 30 years. He is a rare engineer and entrepreneur with deep knowledge and experience in both rule-based and artificial intelligence, as well as the ability to commercialize this to develop businesses.
