We have been making sake for 130 years since our establishment, and we are the only remaining sake brewery in Kyoto’s Rakuchu Area. We currently not only sell our products domestically but also export them globally to countries in Asia, Europe, and North America. We want to introduce sake, which has been cherished in Japan since ancient times, and its charms to both Japanese people and people from around the world. We also have products exclusively for overseas export, and our wish is to promote the popularity of sake and increase opportunities for its enjoyment abroad. Area of Interest

For 130 years since our establishment, we have been making sake with Kyoto’s pure and plentiful groundwater. On top of sake and other products that apply our brewing technology, such as liqueurs and soft drinks, we also offer food products using sake and sakekasu (lees) and collaborate with other industries. We are vigorously taking on new challenges while preserving our traditions. From the latest centrifugal separator technology, which uses high-speed rotation to produce the highest-quality liquid extracts, to the traditional fukurotsuri method, which produces sake exclusively by hand, we are using a variety of methods and are constantly striving to produce the finest quality sake.
