Harmonics are produced when equipment has abnormalities or deteriorates. Using a search coil, we can investigate the state of equipment by quantifying the harmonics from the 2nd to the 40th order through an FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) and analyzing the results based on data accumulated over many years. AC motors, inverters, and load-bearing parts of electrical equipment can all be diagnosed. We also automatically propose countermeasures for abnormal or deteriorated equipment via the server.
