Currently, there is a global need to develop drug discovery technologies that can be applied to undruggable targets. Among these drug discovery technologies, middle-molecule drugs are gaining attention, with peptide drugs being one of the most promising. Peptide drugs are difficult to develop due to problems such as insufficient binding affinity, low cell membrane permeability, degradation by proteolytic enzymes, and rapid elimination from the kidneys. Our patented cross-linked peptide technology successfully overcomes these problems, making it suitable for undruggable targets.
