We are a food manufacturer that produces raw materials for beverages including genmaicha (brown rice tea), barley tea, and various health teas, as well as ingredients for cereals, breads, confectionaries, and other food products. We have been manufacturing and selling roasted rice for genmaicha since our founding and are one of the top producers of roasted rice. Although there are many theories, Japanese genmaicha tea is said to have been born from the spirit of “mottainai,” which is a sense of regret over wasting something.
We also began production and sales of a sweetener made from rice, kome ame (rice syrup), which is characterized by its mild sweetness.
