Our artificial collagen-like polypeptides are based on a chemically synthesized triple-helix structure that mimics the structure of natural collagen. By adjusting the peptide’s composition and concentration, we can add physical strength and desired properties as needed. This novel biomaterial is being developed into medical applications and cosmetics.
