Nekado has been manufacturing, wholesaling, and retailing original Nishijin brocade ties for 80 years. Blending Japanese and Western styles with our own proprietary techniques and designs, our ties are made of fabrics with unique luster and texture by skilled craftsmen, and we have a wide customer base both within and outside of Japan. Recently, we have been receiving many requests for the production of original ties and we would like to spread the word about them. We would also like to showcase our pleated ties, whose design we have registered, as it is a series that we are proud to offer to the world.

At Nekado, we provide three services: We (1) sell original Nishijin brocade ties under the company’s own Nekado brand, (2) create original products for our customers, and (3) offer tie repair services.
(1) We manufacture and sell Nishijin brocade ties that are representative of Kyoto and Japan. Our designs are exclusive to our company, high-quality, and perfect for a variety of occasions. We collaborate with various companies and technologies in Kyoto on many projects. Our new collection features designs such as pleated, Yuzen hand-painted, and inlaid ties, and we plan to showcase the appeal of Nishijin brocade. (2) We help our customers develop original products to meet their needs. We provide fast, high-quality services even for small orders. (3) We offer tie repair services to our customers.
